Lee Seung-Woo impressing in Belgium

Sint Truiden has a large Asian influence but one player at the club who really excites fans in Asia is Lee Seung-Woo but he has been plagued with injuries. These look to be behind him though as his coach Kevin Muscat looks to bring him back slowly.

Finding game time

The Belgian league was called in March and this was dreadful timing for Lee as he had just found his way back into the side. As we said earlier in the year the Korean was part of the then manager Miloš Kostić plans.

Since then Australian Kevin Muscat has taking over at the club and after three matches they sit tenth in the Belgian First Division A. He has given the Korean 77 minutes so far in those three matches in total and said after brining him off at half time on Monday that this was down to fitness at not performance.

Next up then for the club will be AS Eupen a side who have failed to win any of their first three matches and am sure the 22-year-old will be looking for more than 45 minutes in this game after another week to work on his fitness.
