Talisca to Galatasaray?

Reports have emerged in the last couple of days that Brazilian Anderson Talisca could be heading to Turkey. The suggestions are that the Guanzhou Evergrande forward could move on a season and a half loan this month.

€6 million

This move makes sense for the Galatasaray side who currently sit seventh in the Turkish top flight. As they desperately look to improve their attack.

It will be assumed that Talisca will then team up with the side in early January where he could link with the former Manchester United forward Radamel Falcao. The Colombian needs support as he only managed one league goal prior to Chrismas.

As it looks that this move could very well go ahead it should be advised that this would make the player the highest paid at Galatasaray. He would be earning a reported €6 million which is more than the aforementioned Falcao. Although crazily this would still be a 40% pay cut to what he earns in China, it is unclear if the Guangzhou club would then pick up the remaining bill.

This move looks even more plausible as CSL sides look to cut their wage bills with the new salary caps coming into place.
