Lee Seung-woo with the Sint-Truiden first team

Lee Seung-woo the young Korean is finding playing time very sparse since joining Belgium side Sint-Truiden in August. The 22-year-old has, in fact, played just 21 minutes of football since joining from Hellas Verona.

Game time on its way

Despite the severe lack of playing time things could be looking up for the young prospect. This is seen as his clubs new coach the Slovenian Miloš Kostić looks to be keen on the player.

This was seen with the midfielder being part of the first team's winter training camp in Spain, the club even posted a photo of the player on their social media channels.

The side did play a friendly on Tuesday though against Schalke 04 which Seung-woo was not a part of. As the player has not played a lot of football in the last six months it may take him a while to settle in again to regular football.

The signs are though that he could be staying in Belgium and further playing time is just around the corner. Time will tell and we can keep a close eye on the club with their next league fixture against Kortrijk on the 18th January (19th January early hours in South Korea).
