Last week we saw the once capped Brizzlian Leandro Moura join J League runners-up FC Tokyo on a season loan from Kashima Antlers. The 26-year-old will join his new club officially on the 28th of January.
We are Tokyo
The player looks to be excited by the news as he tweeted 'We are Tokyo now !! 🙌🏾🙏🏾'. He will hope the move will see him pick up further game time next season with his new employees.
As last season despite playing in 22 matches he only managed to complete four 90 minutes with his club. Meanwhile, he managed two goals for his club as they finished third in the J League.
It is expected he will play in the Champions League next season with his new club something he did not manage last season as Antlers reached the Quarter-Finals.
Elsewhere with FC Tokyo young defender Makoto Okazaki as joined Shimizu S-Pulse, the news comes after the 21-year-old spent the majority of last season playing for the U23 side in the J League 3.
