The Korean defender Kim Kee-hee side Seattle Sounders made the MLS Cup final this week as they unexpectedly defeated LA FC. The game ended 3-1 at the Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles.

Great from front to back

The win for the Seattle side means they are now in their third MLS Final in Four years and will be looking for only their second championship. The side having defeated Toronto FC back in 2016 to win the title.

This was a huge achievement for the team as they were seen has big underdogs against the new franchise LA FC who have had a record-breaking season.

They won the match on the day thanks to the Peruvian frontman Raul Ruidiaz but overall this season a strong defence has been key to their success. This was seen as they stopped what some have called the best attack ever in the MLS.

The goal they did concede came directly from a free-kick and sometimes you just can't do anything about that.

Then along with a standout display from American Frei in goals the centre half pairing of Kim Ki-Hee and Ecuadorian Xavier Bermello has been key to the clubs success the latter making an impact having signed in the summer.

They will then have to do this once more a week on Sunday if they are to lift the MLS Cup but 100% don't bet against them. This will once again be against Toronto FC who have Japanese forward Tsubasa Endoh in their lineup.
