Lee is a Korean footballer born in Incheon but he moved to Spain in 2011 at the age of 11-years-old to live his dreams of playing football. Since then he's been part of the youth setup at Valencia and as gone through the youth ranks. His impressive form than with the side reserve team saw him earn a place in the Valencia first team.

All the hard work from such a young age paid off when in October 2018 he played his game for the senior side in a 2-1 win over CD Ebro in the Copa del Rey. Since that clash, the attack-minded player as played another five Copa del Rey matches and two league games.

His game time has been limited this season and it is expected his side is easing their new number 16 into life in the first team. Big things are expected of him though and it was reported that his release clause is a cool £71 million.
