Andres Iniesta apparently considers £600,000-a-week deal to move to Chinese Super League

Barcelona legend and Spain international Andreas Iniesta is reportedly considering making a moving to the Chinese Super League where the Sun Newspaper have claimed he will earn a whopping £600,000-a-week. The original reports are supposed to come from Catalonia, but the Sun being the Sun hasn't disclosed where that Catalonian info originates from.

The Spanish midfielder has by far been one of the very best players of his generation spending his entire career playing for Barcelona. While playing for Barcelona and Spain he formed an irresistible midfield partnership with club mate Xavi making them one of the best midfields to watch for nearly a century.

At the ripe old age of 33 Iniesta has still been an integral part of the Barcelona side but Ernesto Valverde has limited his playing time meaning Iniestia has competed in 27 of Barcelona's games in all competitions this season.

However, with the arrival of Philippe Coutinho expected to reduce Iniesta's playing time even more as Coutinho is seen as Iniesta's long term replacement at Barcelona. Could this be a factor in Iniesta moving to the Chinese Super League? If he does move to China, he would be one of China's biggest coups so far in trying to bring the biggest names to Chinese football. Or this could also quite possibly being the Sun putting 2 and 2 together and coming out with 9 as usual.
